Clean and neat very pleasant atmosphere, plus I won $900 playing slot the first 30 minutes that I arrived

This week I went to the Smaller Hardrock Casino & they checked my temperature prior to allowing entry into the Casino. And happily won over $600.00! Yesterday I visited the Isles in Pompano & much to my surprise, walked right in without any temperature checks what’s so ever! OMG,After months of the COVID disease & with the casinos now reopening I thought it was Mandatory to require temperature checks prior to entry into the any Florida casino!Needless to say I walked right back out! SO IF YOU DO HAVE THE COVID DECEASE, THE ISLES IS THE PLACE TO GO!THEY DO REQUIRE A MASK, WHICH IS GREAT, BUT NO TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENTS!!!!NOT GREAT! SHAME ON THE ISLES! I’m rating them a ZERO!

Use to love this place for the unlimited crab legs. That was the only thing keeping this place busy but I will not be back. If anyone know where I can go for unlimited crab and great service, please comment. New management has made changes and has lost lots of loyal customers like myself because of it.

Love the no smoking policy! It was great to leave and come home not smelling like smoke. However, the winners seem few and far between. Not alot of excitement going on but it's a beautiful casino.

Didn't hit big, still, all had a very nice time. Dinner was also great. We'll be back! Always a good time there.

If you have a few hundred to blow you can have fun. Friendly staff. Decent food. Expensive. But it is a casino. They have a golf cart shuttle to and from the lot. The valet guys are funny.

Horrible experience. Tight machines. Deli had $15 sandwiches. Sandwich only. Not a worth wile experience. Nasty neighborhood. Couldn't even drink my beer without getting yelled at for having my mask off for a few seconds.

Social distancing in effect. Hand sani avail. Not too many people. I played 20 and left with 17, lost $3. Less than an hour lol. Gotta be frugal with funds ✌️

First time he are....lots of people, lots of fun. The gambling area is well light and the walk ways are wide enough for people to comfortable move around without bumping into each other. The restaurant and delie are clean well staffed and quiet. Food was great testing and presented well. Wait staff were on top of things..pleasent. Overall I had a great night and I will definitely be coming back.

We loved the smoke free atmosphere and will be back. The farmers pick buffet however despite some good reviews was not very good perhaps it was at the end of the day but most of the food was dry and old. I don't believe I will eat there again but will eat before arriving

Went in to eat. Food was really good with attentive waitress. The casino is seriously lacking in customer skills. I got the the impression that everyone of the staff needed to go have a cigarette. Every person I talked to was grouchy as hell. The shuttle driver was the bright spot here. Friendly and helpful.

I have been going to the Isle pretty much from When it open. Everything is Great! You areNot a number there. Everyone is like close Friends and family. I love The Isle! Put your smiles on and have Fun!

For a new year eve, it was not as busy as expected, not like last year. In general the food and service was great. The lobster was rubbery but other dishes made the difference.

The cell reception is spotty at best!! They have a good selection of new and old slits.

Nice clean casino. Food at Farradays is very good. Bar tender is the best in all ways!

Love the no smoking ,but to have machines whose buttons are broke all the time because casino says nothing to people who. continuously pound the buttons is ridiculous. Does not make much sense to me n others why they allow this. If machines are down because of this then not very business smart I would think.

I see a big future for the house the poker room is second to none in my opinion and the dealers are some of the best in the state !

I wouldn’t have known about this place if it wasn’t for another truck driver. Security was very friendly and the food on the buffet was amazing. Thank you for having a safe place for truck drivers to park.

I was waiting for a machine at the high limit area for about 2 hours (Royal Reels) what’s is going on, you only have two machines of this slot in the whole casino and you can only have one of them working what is up with this! Got it! Due to the pandemic but you can always move the other one somewhere is not like you have a little place!

Great Place for Company Lunches. No matter what your staff likes, vegetarian, meat eater, kosher, desserts, I have found this to be ideal as far as their buffet goes. If you're splitting the bill it's also ideal as it's a buffet. High quality food (of course! It's a casino). If you get there right at noon, you are competing with the gambling regulars and will wait in line. Try going before noon. They accomodate large groups. Parking, will involve a walk and it's a huge parking lot. They do have shuttles. Or you can drop people off at the entrance and go park. You can have a nice company lunch in an hour..Highly recommend it for picky employees that have dietary requirements. Check their days of operation. I went on a Monday with the gang and they were not open.

Me and my Husband love ths isle cadino and the food is great. We go about 3xs a month. We always say we have to pay rent at the isle. I love going late night i hit better. I only complain i have is they alway put 5.00 on your card each mo th. They never give my husband nothing. They say he does soend enough. How much do you have to spend to get 5.00 on your card each week.and another thing is they are always switching machines around. They always take out good machines out. And they have machines there that are 1842 older then old. Bottom line love this place.

Nice little casino! A Lil cold for me, chairs are comfortable, buffet has a good selection. The prime rib is good! New and old games. Slots were paying off for a lot people around me!

I know it is opening day I'll give them two weeks to have this running full time if I see no drastic improvement I will be headed to the Indian casinos

They have excellent buffet restaurant with a variety of choices and quality of tasty foods. Their machines also provide a variety of game choices. Rest rooms are clean. But the service with the cocktail waitresses, I cannot say the same. Usually I have good service but Lately, some of these younger cocktail waitresses don’t seem to respect elders, one my last visit, one of the was very rude, disrespectful and unpleasant. If you anyone ever visits, I have had great service with Lange, she is very pleasant and Carol is very sweet and quick. But the young lady with long black hair needs to be trained properly or maybe work in the kitchen. My husband enjoys the buffet so much and that is one of the reasons that we continue to visit. Hope to visit soon again and maybe the service will improve.

Went today 6/13/20 for the re-opening. The outside walkway looked as if it hasn't been swept since before COVID. The place was empty at 2:30 p.m. There is no rhyme or reason to how they have the machines set up, my row had adequate spacing, another row had 3 machines in a row open with 3 people sitting inches away from each other. You had to search for the hand sanitizer stations, I didn't see anyone walking around wiping down machines. Not sure how COVID safe this place is. Never going back.

Lots of fun. Staff friendly offering free non-alcoholic beverages while you play. Drawings every 15 minutes for free play money.

I haven't been there in years, but I will start going more now. It is clean as a whistle and attendance at very helpful and curitious.

I will give Isle casino five stars, the day they get 2 or more royal reels slots in the high limit area. First you have only two and one of them is off due to the pandemic understandable but you can accommodate the other one somewhere in the area. Tonight we were playing and there were two people waiting for the only one you have, and one of the ladies that was waiting was really nasty trying to get the one we were playing on. Please accommodate the extra you have. Thank you

1 Star is only for their "Child Policy" at their all u can eat restaurant. The Isle wants $30 per child from the age of 4 & up. Everyone is aware that most kids eat like birds. The Isle should visit other restaurant websites to learn about the going rate for kids. For this reason, we are going to hold a large family birthday dinner party at another restaurant.

When are you reopening. Better bring Sindi back when you do.

I used to enjoy the racing at Pompano Park, but this one driver makes it un-bettable. He is winning at 35% clip. He gets a horse that was 30-1 with a different driver and the odds go to 1-5. The racing is totally un-competitive. Until he retires, I will not be coming back . That is what gives horse racing a reputation. It's puzzling what is going on because nobody is that much better.. Let me know when he retires and hopefully I can enjoy the place again..

Actually visited a few years back and wasn't thrilled with the machines and set up but decided to revisit 2 weeks ago with my parents because they love to go to the casino when they visit and it has to be non-smoking. I must say we absolutely Love❤it. Nicely upgraded and love the variety of machines choices. This might definitely be our new casino spot.I won't need to drive all the way to Calder. This is nearer to home. Definitely more convenient

Best non smoking casino. Only casino still with old favorite machines. Nice food options. Free coffee and soft drinks.

Alot of room for improvement.Customer service could be alot better.Have more servers on the floor so you might be able to buy a drink within a reasonable amount of time.Alway as have to look for someone on the floor.

Great smoke free casino, a variety of great slot machines, and I love the deli restaurant. Hamburgers are the best I ever had!!

Great little casino with NO smoking anywhere inside. Pay out percentage certainly not equal to my favorites in Vegas but it is clean and friendly.
